Rake in the Savings with Field Day!
Nov. 5 Through Dec. 2, 2025
It's the most wonderful time of the year- the November Field Day Sale! All month long, you can save on Field Day, our high-quality, organic value brand that brings you everyday essentials at prices you’ll love. With over 130 Field Day items in store from pantry staples to household must-haves, it’s easy to stock up on goodness that’s good for you, your wallet, and the planet.
Uplifting Indigenous Communities
This month, for every Field Day product you buy, $0.05 will be donated to NATIFS (North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems). NATIFS is a Native-led nonprofit dedicated to restoring Indigenous foodways and creating sustainable economic opportunities through culinary education, training, and access to traditional foods. Their mission is more than just food, it's about reclaiming connection, culture, and community.
Through this partnership, National Co+op Grocers and food co-ops across the country just like us are joining together to uplift Indigenous communities and honor the deep roots of the foods we enjoy every day.
So when you stock up on your favorite Field Day Pantry and Kitchen Essentials, you're not just saving, you're supporting a powerful movement toward food sovereignty and cultural revitalization.
Purchase With Purpose
Hand in hand with the Field Day Sale, SLO Food Co-op invites you to Purchase with Purpose: a simple, meaningful way to give back and strengthen our community when it’s needed most.
Throughout the store, you’ll find Field Day products marked with special “Food Bank Eligible” price tags. These tags make it easy to spot items that can be purchased and donated directly to the SLO Food Bank at our Donation Station near the front of the store. Every item you give helps provide nourishing food for individuals and households across our community, supporting those who need it most.
The holidays can be a joyful time, but they also bring real challenges. Food banks feel the greatest strain during this season, and with recent delays to SNAP benefits, even more of our neighbors are experiencing heightened food insecurity and hunger. By donating, you’re not just sharing food- you’re sharing care, stability, and hope during the time when it's needed most.
